Scott Barnett Charged After 2014 Homicide Confession

In a surprising turn of events, Scott Barnett, 45, confessed to a double homicide committed in 2014, bringing closure to a cold case in Baltimore. On January 12, 2025, Barnett, now homeless, admitted to fatally stabbing and dismembering Terrill Lehman, 41, and Charles Webster, 46, whose bodies have never been found.
