The Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) has officially announced team names and logos for its six franchises ahead of the upcoming season. This branding effort comes after the inaugural season, which took place without distinct team identities. Minnesota Frost, the league's first championship team, is under new management following recent investigations into its former general manager and head coach. The PWHL is set to expand its season from 24 to 30 games, with training camps expected to start soon.
