Larry Fraser, 47, and James Love, 53, have been charged with non-residential burglary following the theft of Banksy's 'Girl With Balloon' from a London gallery on September 8. The Metropolitan Police confirmed that the artwork has since been recovered and will be returned to the gallery. Both men were remanded in custody and appeared in Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court, where they were granted bail to appear at Kingston Crown Court on October 9.
