Grubman's induction has also faced criticism from co-founder Jann Wenner, who argued that it was more about influence than musical contributions. Despite the setback, Carey remains a celebrated artist with 19 Billboard No. 1 hits and is gearing up for her upcoming Christmas tour. She also mentioned her desire to release a long-lost grunge album recorded in 1995 as part of her ongoing music career.
