Prada Designs Spacesuit for NASA's Artemis III

Prada has collaborated with Axiom Space to design the Axiom Extravehicular Mobility Unit (AxEMU), a stylish and functional spacesuit set to be used in NASA's Artemis III mission to the moon in 2026. The AxEMU boasts a sleek white exterior with red accents and is engineered for mobility and durability, allowing astronauts to work for up to eight hours in harsh lunar environments. This partnership marks a significant cross-industry collaboration, blending high fashion with advanced aerospace technology, showcasing Prada's expertise in materials and design. The suit features enhanced functionalities such as temperature regulation, a life support system, and custom-made components to improve astronaut performance.
