John Paintsil Hospitalized After Car Crash

Former Premier League footballer John Paintsil was involved in a serious car accident while returning to Accra from Tarkwa after attending a football match, alongside Ghana's head coach Otto Addo and goalkeeping coach Fatawu Dauda. Their vehicle collided with a pickup truck, leading to severe damage to their Toyota Land Cruiser, with photos showing one side caved in and missing wheels. All three men were rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment and are reported to be in stable condition, with further medical assessments planned. The Ghana Football Association confirmed the incident and stated that the technical team members avoided a head-on collision, which could have been more catastrophic.
