Fox Sports Exec Charlie Dixon Placed on Leave Amid Sexual Assault Lawsuits

Julie Stewart-Binks, a former Fox Sports reporter, has filed a lawsuit against the network and its executive vice president, Charlie Dixon, alleging sexual assault that occurred in 2016. Stewart-Binks claims Dixon coerced her to his hotel room under the pretext of discussing her Super Bowl assignment, where he allegedly pinned her against a wall and attempted to kiss her forcibly. This lawsuit follows another recent complaint from a former Fox Sports hairstylist, who accused Dixon of groping her at a party in 2017. Fox Sports stated that the allegations are from over eight years ago and that they had previously conducted a third-party investigation into the claims. Dixon has been placed on administrative leave pending further investigation. Stewart-Binks has expressed that she felt compelled to speak out after the other allegations surfaced, highlighting a pattern of misconduct within the network.
