Murder in Gateshead

A 38-year-old man named Ben Hughes has been charged with the murder of 37-year-old Laura Robson, whose body was discovered at a Gateshead address on Appledore Close following reports of a disturbance. Emergency services arrived at around 10:20 PM on Monday, but despite their efforts, Robson was pronounced dead shortly after due to serious injuries consistent with assault.
