Iowa High School Wrestling Champions Crowned in 2025 State Finals

The 2025 IHSAA Iowa High School Wrestling State Championships concluded with Iowa's top wrestlers competing fiercely for state titles in Des Moines. Southeast Polk's wrestling team dominated in Class 3A, securing the team title with a record-breaking 259.5 points and crowning four individual champions, including Nico DeSalvo and Eddie Woody. In Class 2A, Burlington Notre Dame claimed their seventh consecutive title, while Fort Dodge's Dreshaun Ross continued his undefeated streak, winning his third state title. Iowa women's wrestling also excelled, with all 15 wrestlers qualifying for the national championships after dominating the NCWWC Regionals by winning all 10 individual titles. The overall performances highlight Iowa's strength in both men's and women's wrestling at the high school level, showcasing deep talent across multiple divisions.
