James Clark Arrested in Fatal Parkville Shooting

In Parkland, Washington, a 33-year-old man was arrested after deputies suspected him of shooting at the Parkland precinct. Despite finding a handgun near a golf course and a shell casing in his car, no shell casings or damage were found at the precinct. In a separate incident in Parkville, Maryland, James Clark, 44, was arrested for the fatal shooting of Romy Bogier, 43, and injuring Bogier's son. Clark, charged with first-degree murder and other offenses, allegedly tackled Bogier, took his handgun, and shot him. Video surveillance and identification evidence linked Clark to the crime.
