Several investment trusts and companies have recently disclosed updates on their total number of shares and voting rights. The Bankers Investment Trust PLC reported that as of October 31, 2025, it has 1,315,102,830 ordinary shares, with 322,768,349 held in Treasury and thus excluding voting rights, resulting in 992,334,481 voting rights. Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc announced purchasing and canceling 25,000 ordinary shares, adjusting their total voting rights to 179,489,391. French companies Bouygues SA, Fnac Darty, and Viridien have provided disclosures in line with French financial regulations, noting the treatment of shares with voting rights, including shares deprived of voting rights or those with double voting rights due to holding duration. These disclosures assist shareholders in calculating their voting rights percentages for regulatory reporting requirements.
