Magma Raises $5 Million in Series A Led by Capria Ventures

Magma, a B2B industrial solutions provider, has raised $5 million in a Series A funding round led by Capria Ventures, with additional participation from existing investors such as General Catalyst, Accion Venture Lab, and WEH Ventures, as well as new backers Avinya Ventures and Sanjiv Rangrass. The company plans to use the capital to expand its core factory offerings, enhance backward integration, and invest in technology to optimize procurement and operational efficiency. Founded in 2022, Magma offers end-to-end solutions for factories, including raw material sourcing, green energy, waste recycling, and logistics, serving over 250 industrial clients across sectors like ceramics, chemicals, and packaging. The company is currently growing at a revenue run rate of approximately Rs. 250 crore and aims to reach Rs. 1,000 crore within the next year. Magma aspires to become the primary industrial infrastructure layer for Indian manufacturers, positioning itself as the 'operating system' for factories. The funding reflects growing investor interest in technologically advanced industrial solutions for the manufacturing sector.
