The recent ruling marks a significant development in Roshan's pursuit of justice. The court has ordered the return of Rs 20 lakhs to the filmmaker, acknowledging the fraudulent nature of the transaction perpetrated by the two imposters. The ruling came after the trial court rejected Roshan's plea for the remaining amount, following the conviction of the two accused in the cheating and impersonation case. Roshan had previously been granted permission to retrieve Rs 30 lakhs in 2014.
