All Stars 10 Debuts Tournament Format, Record Cast
RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars is set to launch its tenth season on May 9 on Paramount+ with a record 18 returning queens, the largest cast in the show's history. The season debuts a new 'Tournament of All Stars' format, splitting the queens into three groups of six who compete in bracket-style rounds across three episodes each. The top three contestants from each group will move on to two semifinal episodes, ultimately leading to a Lip Sync Smackdown finale for a $200,000 prize and entry into the Drag Race Hall of Fame. Notable participants include Ginger Minj, making her fourth series appearance, Lydia B. Kollins from season 17, and veterans from as early as season 2. The All Stars Untucked series will also return, offering more behind-the-scenes content. The new format marks a major shakeup, promising heightened competition and fresh dynamics for fans.
