Katie Archibald Leads Women's Endurance League

Katie Archibald retained her lead in the women's endurance competition at the Track Champions League despite a two-point reduction after the third round in Apeldoorn, bringing her total to 98 points. Archibald won the elimination race but finished 12th in the scratch event, with Canada's Sarah van Dam now trailing in second place with 71 points. In the men's sprint league, Matthew Richardson is closing in on leader Harrie Lavreysen, who is 10 points ahead after winning the sprint. Richardson won the men's keirin, reducing Lavreysen's lead to five points after Lavreysen finished fourth, later upgraded to third. Meanwhile, Emma Finucane fell from third to fifth in the women's sprint standings after failing to advance in her events. The final two rounds of the competition will take place at London's Lee Valley VeloPark on December 6 and 7.
