Atos is in discussions with its lenders to refinance its debt after the conditions for a planned rights issue and the standby underwriting commitment were no longer applicable. Atos is also in due diligence with Airbus in connection with a potential sale of its big data-and-security business and continues talks with EP Equity Investment on the sale of its Tech Foundations business. The company has emphasized that the appointment of a mandataire ad hoc has no impact on employees, customers, and suppliers.
