Big 12 Football Media Days Return to Frisco, Texas

The Big 12 Conference has announced that its Football Media Days will return to Texas, taking place on July 8-9 at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco. This decision marks a shift from last year's event, which was held in Las Vegas, and reflects a desire to reconnect with the league's Texas roots. Big 12 officials expressed gratitude for the partnership with the Dallas Cowboys, emphasizing the significance of Texas for the conference. The Star previously hosted the media days in 2017 and 2018 before the event moved to AT&T Stadium from 2019 to 2023. The Big 12 is preparing for its second season as a 16-team league, with teams like BYU and Arizona State looking to improve on their past performances. Future media days may alternate locations, with some events expected to occur outside of Texas in subsequent years.
