Ayala Healthcare Partners with USAID to Combat HIV

Ayala Healthcare Holdings Inc. (AC Health) has partnered with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) to enhance HIV care and prevention services in the Philippines, coinciding with World AIDS Day. This collaboration aims to improve access to stigma-free healthcare and is expected to address the rising number of HIV cases, projected to reach 215,000 by the end of the year. AC Health will integrate qualified health service providers into its KonsultaMD platform, expand HIV awareness, and distribute essential medicines through its pharmaceutical units. USAID will support community engagement, provide technical assistance, and help distribute free HIV self-testing kits. AC Health's initiative highlights its commitment to tackling urgent public health challenges in the country, including its ongoing efforts in cancer awareness and support through partnerships. This partnership is crucial in addressing one of the fastest-growing HIV epidemics in Southeast Asia.
