Burnley Signs Max Weiss Amid James Trafford Newcastle Interest

Despite Weiss's arrival, Burnley currently considers James Trafford their number one goalkeeper, with Weiss likely serving as backup initially. Newcastle United has been pursuing Trafford, who is highly regarded and has recorded a Championship record of 29 clean sheets last season, but Burnley demands over £30 million, making negotiations challenging.
