Three Fatal Crashes Reported in Texas, North Carolina

Two fatal single-vehicle crashes occurred in Texas over the weekend, resulting in the deaths of Eddy Pena Delarosa, 27, in east Austin and Costas Malaszowski, 27, in northwest San Antonio.
