Andhra Pradesh Launches Six Transformative Policies

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has introduced six transformative policies aimed at boosting industrial and economic growth in the state. These policies, including AP Industrial Development Policy 4.0 and AP MSME & Entrepreneur Development Policy 4.0, aim to attract Rs 30 lakh crore in investments and create 20 lakh jobs over the next five years. The state seeks to secure USD 10 billion in foreign direct investments and double its exports from USD 20 billion to USD 40 billion by 2024. The policies offer competitive incentives, especially for companies generating substantial employment and reducing carbon footprints. Key sectors such as manufacturing, MSMEs, and food processing are targeted, with initiatives like the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub to support MSME growth. Naidu emphasized these policies align with election promises and aim to make Andhra Pradesh a global manufacturing hub.
