In the upcoming Hulu documentary 'The Honorable Shyne', rapper-turned-politician Shyne alleges he was framed as the 'fall guy' in the 1999 New York nightclub shooting that led to his 10-year imprisonment. The incident involved Shyne and Sean 'Diddy' Combs, who was acquitted of all charges while Shyne was convicted of multiple counts, including first-degree assault. Reflecting on their relationship, Shyne accuses Diddy of testifying against him during the trial, stating that he was merely defending Diddy at the time. The documentary promises to explore Shyne's journey from incarceration to politics, where he now serves as the Leader of the Opposition in Belize. Additionally, one of the shooting victims recently claimed that it was Diddy, not Shyne, who shot her, labeling Shyne a 'con artist' in the process.
