The Art Deco home, described as having a 'New York-inspired feel' and located near Centennial Park, was renovated in 2020 and is expected to fetch a significant profit for Fisher post-divorce from Sacha Baron Cohen. The property had previously been rented at varying rates, dropping to $400 per week during the COVID pandemic but is now estimated to rent for around $765 per week. Fisher and Baron Cohen, who announced their split in April 2023 after 13 years of marriage, share three children and have prioritized privacy during the divorce process. The apartment is being sold by JK Agency and will be auctioned on September 28, 2024, amidst a declining real estate market in the area.
