Toll Brothers has announced the upcoming launch of Saltgrass at Heron Bay, a luxury residential community in Parkland, Florida, with 52 single-family homes slated to go on sale in summer 2025 starting at $1.6 million. The homes will range from 2,632 to over 4,000 square feet, feature 3- or 4-car garages, and be built on oversized lots, offering residents extensive personalization options through the Toll Brothers Design Studio. Residents will enjoy access to two renovated clubhouses, a resort-style pool, fitness centers, onsite dining, and sports courts, while being located within the highly rated Broward County Public Schools district. The development is part of Parkland’s broader plan to enhance residential and commercial opportunities on recently acquired land within the Heron Bay master-planned community.
