Despite interest from IPL franchises, including the Lucknow Super Giants, Laxman has decided to prioritize his role at the NCA, where he will be supported by a strong coaching team. The new NCA facility is expected to be operational early next year and aims to cater not only to cricketers but also to other athletes. Laxman has played a crucial role in enhancing injury management and coaching programs during his time at the NCA. One of his upcoming challenges will be the revival of the India A tours, which have faced disruptions in recent years.
