Abilene Christian Football Team Bus Crash Injures Four

A bus carrying the Abilene Christian University football team was involved in an accident in Lubbock, Texas, on Saturday night, resulting in minor injuries to four individuals: one player, two coaches, and the bus driver. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. as the team returned to Abilene after a narrow overtime loss to Texas Tech, with the opposing team winning 52-51. The driver of the other vehicle, a 19-year-old man named Parker Young, was arrested for driving under the influence following the collision. All injured parties were transported to University Medical Center in Lubbock. The ACU athletic department expressed gratitude to first responders and Texas Tech's athletic staff for their assistance. Video footage from the scene showed significant damage to the other vehicle involved.
