The B-52s, Devo Announce Joint Farewell Tour

The B-52s and Devo will co-headline the 11-date Cosmic De-Evolution Tour across North America, starting September 24 in Toronto and concluding November 2 in Houston. Lene Lovich will open each show. The tour was conceived after the bands' joint performance at the SNL 50th anniversary concert and comes despite the B-52s’ previous farewell tour and ongoing Las Vegas residency. Band members have expressed deep mutual admiration, citing shared influences and longstanding camaraderie. Tickets go on sale to the public June 20 via Live Nation, with presale access beginning June 16. The tour is promoted as a continuation of both groups’ farewell outings and a special celebration for New Wave fans.
