Gymshark, the U.K.-based gymwear brand, is set to open its first permanent store outside of the U.K. in Dubai Mall, UAE, towards the end of 2024. This new location follows the successful launches of its flagship store on London’s Regent Street in October 2022 and a second store at Westfield Stratford City this summer. The Dubai Mall, the second-largest mall in the world, sees over 54 million visitors annually, making it a strategic choice for Gymshark as it expands its omnichannel strategy. The brand has also recently introduced localized e-commerce services in the Middle East, featuring a dual-language website, faster shipping, and exclusive limited-edition drops. Gymshark's founder, Ben Francis, expressed excitement about entering a market that is passionate about fitness and noted the partnership with Al Tayer Insignia as crucial for this venture. The company aims to enhance its international presence while continuing to cater to its growing customer base in the region.
