Los Angeles police have arrested four suspects connected to a series of ATM burglaries, carjackings, and robberies in the San Fernando Valley between August 16 and October 16. The suspects, identified as Anthony Cacho, Stephany Gonzalez-Jimenez, Luis Angel Rodriguez-Arroyo, and Richard Nevarez, allegedly forced their way into businesses, stole ATMs by dragging them with a vehicle, and were involved in two incidents of kidnapping. Rodriguez-Arroyo faces the most serious charges, including carjacking and multiple counts of commercial burglary, while Cacho and Gonzalez-Jimenez are charged with conspiracy to commit burglary. The suspects were apprehended following search warrants executed in Sylmar and Canyon Country, where police seized evidence and three vehicles tied to the crimes. Authorities are still considering charges against Nevarez, and LAPD has urged anyone with more information to come forward.
