Skai Jackson Granted Temporary Restraining Order

Former Disney star Skai Jackson has been granted a temporary restraining order against Deondre Burgin, the father of her three-month-old son, following allegations of ongoing domestic abuse. Jackson claims Burgin assaulted her on Mother's Day while she was holding their child, including pulling her hair, slamming her head against a car window, and punching her in the face. She alleges this incident is part of a year-long pattern of physical abuse, with weekly episodes in 2024, including choking, scratching, and property destruction. Jackson also reports that Burgin threatened her with a knife and demanded she drink bleach to terminate her pregnancy. Citing concerns about Burgin's gun ownership, she requested that he stay at least 100 yards away from her, their son, and her pet, and that he attend a domestic violence intervention program. Jackson is seeking child support, legal fees, and a full court hearing is scheduled for June 9.
