Three Arrested In St. Petersburg, Charlotte Murder Investigations

St. Petersburg police have arrested a third suspect, 31-year-old Dnerius McCullough, in connection with the July 29 fatal shooting of 39-year-old Reginald L. Booth, who died from multiple gunshot wounds. McCullough is believed to be the shooter and faces first-degree murder and kidnapping charges, joining two earlier arrested suspects, 18-year-old Larrion Boyd and 19-year-old Keshaun Lamb, both charged with felony murder and armed kidnapping. The shooting occurred on 9th Avenue South, and the investigation remains ongoing as police seek additional information from the public. In a separate incident, Charlotte police arrested 29-year-old Steven Downing Jr. for the murder and robbery of 39-year-old Stephen Carroll, II, who was fatally shot before midnight on a recent weekend.
