Delhi-Based TrusTerra Secures ₹9 Crore Pre-Seed Funding to Expand Used EV Marketplace

TrusTerra, a Delhi-based AI-driven marketplace for pre-owned electric vehicles (EVs), has raised ₹9 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Finvolve and India Accelerator, with participation from GrowthCap Ventures and several strategic investors. The startup plans to use the funds to scale its proprietary TruEV Score™, an AI-based metric for evaluating EV health, expand its web and mobile marketplace across major EV adoption cities and Tier-2 markets, and strengthen partnerships with OEMs, financial institutions, and dealers. Founded in 2025, TrusTerra aims to bring transparency, trust, and liquidity to India's growing EV market by certifying 20,000 used EVs across more than 20 cities and facilitating instant financing through its TerraCash platform. Since inception, the company has onboarded over 150 dealers, evaluated more than 2,000 used EVs, and facilitated transactions worth over ₹3 crore. Industry experts highlight TrusTerra's TruEV Score™ as a critical innovation that could serve as a benchmark for EV resale and financing, potentially driving broader EV adoption. The startup is also focused on expanding its leadership team and technology capabilities to support this growth trajectory.
