Florida Woman Arrested After Fatal Marion County Hit-and-Run

Separately, Somer Lynn Fox, 32, was arrested for a hit-and-run that killed 76-year-old Albert Mobbs in Ocala, Florida, after she struck him with her van while he was pushing a grocery cart across State Road 200 in a poorly lit area. Mobbs died at the scene, and Fox fled but was later apprehended and charged with failing to remain at the scene of a crash involving death. Fox is currently in custody with bond set at $25,000, and no court date has been scheduled yet.
