Small Plane Crashes in Louisville, Injures Four
Three people were injured in a plane crash on Saturday in Kanawha County, West Virginia, when the aircraft, occupied by a pilot and a father-son duo, lost control during landing due to shifting winds. The pilot was hospitalized but is expected to recover, while the father and son sustained minor injuries. In a separate incident in Louisville, Kentucky, a small plane crashed onto a busy road after losing power while approaching Bowman Field, striking a car and taking down traffic lights. All four individuals involved, including the student pilot and instructor aboard the plane, were transported to hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The flight instructor suffered significant injuries, including a broken wrist and femur. Investigations are underway in both incidents to determine the causes of the crashes.
