UN report on Houthis

The report highlights significant transfers of military equipment and financial aid, along with training from Iran's Quds Force and Hezbollah, facilitating this transformation. Joint operational centers have been established in Iraq and Lebanon to coordinate military efforts involving Houthi representatives.
