The arrests followed a tip and subsequent police operation in Eugene, with two suspects detained near 7th Avenue and Monroe Street by SWAT and a third at a residence on Irving Road. The 16-year-old male faces multiple charges including two counts of first-degree murder, strangulation, and unlawful use of a firearm, while the 15-year-old female was charged with first-degree murder and abuse of a corpse.
