CoverForce Secures $13 Million Series A Funding for Insurance Connectivity Expansion

CoverForce, an infrastructure platform for commercial insurance, has successfully raised $13 million in a Series A funding round led by Insight Partners, with participation from Nyca Partners. This investment will enhance CoverForce's API-driven marketplace, facilitating digital interactions between insurance carriers, agencies, and wholesalers by streamlining quote-and-bind processes. Co-founders Cyrus Karai, Behram Dinshaw, and Kaivan Wadia aim to modernize the commercial insurance industry by addressing inefficiencies of legacy systems through their unified API platform, which has already partnered with over 20 major insurance wholesalers nationwide. The platform integrates with leading carriers such as AmTrust, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, and Travelers and covers key commercial insurance lines. The funding will also support the development of AI-powered tools to simplify workflows, enabling faster integration and reducing operational costs. Insight Partners' Vice President Sophie Beshar has joined the CoverForce board as part of this investment.
