The ED's investigation began in 2018 with links to a Ponzi scheme involving Amit Bharadwaj, though Kundra and Shetty were not initially suspects. They assert their innocence and have cooperated fully with the investigation, with Raj attending multiple summons. The High Court's decision allows the couple additional time to file their stay application before any further action is taken on the eviction. If the court's ruling is not favorable, they will have two weeks to vacate their properties.
