Two Arrested in 2003 Kenosha Cold Case Murder

After 22 years, Kenosha County authorities arrested Roxanna Collins (formerly Vanderzee) and John Viskocil for the 2003 murder of David Vanderzee. Collins, the victim’s wife, is awaiting extradition from Illinois, while Viskocil, reportedly her lover and a former friend of the victim, remains in custody. Both face charges of first-degree intentional homicide as parties to a crime. Renewed investigative efforts led to the arrests, including new witness statements that undermined earlier alibis and forensic analysis linking bullet fragments to Viskocil.
