Bosnian Truck Drivers Block Goods Movement Nationwide Over Taxes, Barriers

In Bosnia, around 600 truck drivers initiated a nationwide protest by blocking the movement of goods at key cargo terminals near Sarajevo and borders with Croatia and Serbia, demanding government reforms in the transport sector. Drivers also seek refunds on excise taxes for oil, shorter border procedures, and greater digitalization to reduce red tape and delays.
