Driver Wanted After Golden Hill Hit-and-Run Seriously Injures Bicyclist

Authorities in San Diego are seeking the public's help to identify and locate a driver involved in a hit-and-run incident that seriously injured a 62-year-old bicyclist in the Golden Hill neighborhood. The crash occurred Monday evening on the 2400 block of F Street, where the suspect vehicle, described as a gray compact or midsize SUV with black rims and possible front-end damage, fled westbound from 25th Street. The driver is described as a Hispanic man aged 28 to 32, accompanied by a white female passenger. Surveillance footage and still images suggest the vehicle may be a Honda. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered by Crime Stoppers for information leading to the arrest of those responsible. Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the San Diego Police Department's Traffic Division or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
