His family believes accessing his Apple account might provide clues to his location, as his car has been found abandoned near Pouech de Gerac. Despite the suspension of the search, an investigation into his disappearance remains ongoing. His wife, Anne Lyons, is in France and has expressed concern over his unfamiliarity with the terrain and lack of proper equipment for solo hiking.
