Missing Missouri Infant Found Safe in Kentucky

A 3-month-old infant, reported missing from Missouri, was found safe in Hickory, Kentucky, on Sunday. The Kentucky State Police (KSP) received a tip from the Cape Girardeau Police Department indicating that the child was believed to be with her mother, Taylor Roldan, who had fled Missouri despite the infant being ordered into the custody of the Missouri Department of Social Services. Within 20 minutes of the report, KSP located both the mother and child at a residence. Roldan, 29, was arrested on a parental kidnapping warrant and is currently held at Calloway County Jail awaiting extradition to Missouri. The infant has been returned to the care of Missouri authorities. KSP highlighted the collaborative effort among various law enforcement and social services to ensure the child's safety.
