Woman Killed Breaking Up Son-In-Law's Dog Fight

Esther Martin, a 68-year-old woman, was killed while attempting to break up a fight between XL Bully dogs at an address in Jaywick, Essex. The dogs, owned by her son-in-law, rapper Ashley Warren, inflicted serious injuries on her. Warren has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous dog offences. The dogs involved have since been destroyed and breed confirmation is underway. Martin's daughter praised the heroic efforts of those who attempted to save her mother.
