Fire Briefly Disrupts Flecha Cantina Event

A small fire broke out at Mark Wahlberg's Las Vegas restaurant, Flecha Cantina, on Wednesday evening due to a faulty outdoor fire pit. The fire was quickly contained to the patio area and extinguished by the Clark County Fire Department within 20 minutes, causing minor damage to the fire pit and a nearby chair, with no injuries reported. Despite dramatic social media posts, the blaze did not reach the restaurant's interior, and operations resumed by 7:15 p.m. The fire occurred just before a scheduled ribbon-cutting ceremony, which proceeded as planned. Flecha Cantina, which opened in September, is part of Wahlberg's ventures in Nevada, including a fitness gym and a proposed movie studio. The restaurant continues to offer modern Mexican cuisine and cocktails featuring Wahlberg's Flecha Azul tequila brand.
