Red Flood Alerts issued across Devon, Cornwall amid heavy rain

The Met Office forecasts continued unsettled conditions, including further rain, hail, and thunder, with the potential for travel disruption, localized flooding, and power cuts. Experts warn the risk may be heightened in areas with dry ground, leading to rapid runoff and increased flood danger.
