Kerman Tutor Arrested for Sexual Communication with Minor

Meanwhile, in Fresno County, a 28-year-old after-school tutor named Maci Rodriguez has been arrested on charges of arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes and sending harmful material to a minor. Investigators found that Rodriguez exchanged sexual messages with a middle school student who had previously attended Kerman Floyd Elementary, but no physical relationship has been confirmed. Authorities are concerned there may be more victims due to her position in the school district. Both cases highlight ongoing issues of misconduct involving individuals in educational roles.
