Free Parenting Courses Offered by Peterborough Family Hubs

Barakah International School and College will host a free workshop for parents titled 'Parenting Pathways' on January 16, 2025, featuring discussions on motivating children academically, modern parenting challenges, and Islamic values. In Poncha Springs, a nurturing parenting program will run from January 15 to April 9, targeting parents of children aged birth to eleven, promoting respectful communication and empathy. Elmore County Family Resource Center is offering practical parenting tips through two events aimed at fostering family success. Additionally, Peterborough Family Hubs will launch free parenting courses for parents of children aged 2-16, focusing on special educational needs and general parenting skills. The courses emphasize building confidence in parenting and creating stronger family relationships. All events require pre-registration and aim to provide valuable resources and support to parents.
