The deceased include brothers Akil and Rashie Jones, aged 33 and 29, and 23-year-old Sakayi Robinson. Shoatz, initially considered a victim after being shot multiple times, is now under arrest as evidence has linked him to the shooting. Police Commissioner Kevin Bethel emphasized that this was not a random act of violence but a targeted exchange of gunfire.
