Farmers Markets Opening Across Several U.S. States

The Dane County Farmers’ Market in Wisconsin will launch its outdoor season on April 12 with over 200 vendors and SNAP/EBT services available, running until November 8. Manassas, Virginia, will celebrate the opening of its farmers markets on April 10 and 12, featuring local products and accepting SNAP payments. Wichita's Old Town Farm & Art Market and Kansas Grown Farmers Market will begin their prime seasons in April, offering a variety of vendors and special events. In Goochland and Powhatan counties, Virginia, farmers markets will commence operations in May, with local governments taking over management. The Abingdon Farmers Market in Tennessee also opens in early April, offering weekday and weekend hours through October. These markets provide essential access to fresh produce and local goods across multiple states.
